UFO cow snatchers

A couple traveling along the river in the area north of Rosario claimed having seen an animal being abducted by a flying saucer. “Later, the both vanished,” they said.

The likelihood that cows could fly was always relegated to the province of the impossible. But to Sergio and Laura, this changed last Monday afternoon, when they traveled along the coast near Puerto Gaboto, and believed that they saw a cow in the sky, abducted by a UFO.

Translucent aliens with cone shaped faces? Right.

According to a MUFON report, a woman in Wisconsin spotted three translucent beings – whom she believes are of extra-dimensional origin – sitting in the trees outside her window.

At around 10:00 AM in the first week of July, 2009, the woman states she had been sitting watching television in a recliner, with a clear shot out the window when the beings appeared…

The woman said their faces were cone-shaped, their arms were extremely long. and she couldn’t make out any features on the strange conical snouts.

Littele green men? UFO’s? Nope. Sorry. Just NASA.

A series of spooky lights above parts of the northeastern United States Saturday sparked a flurry of phone calls to authorities and television news stations.

NASA said strange lights seen in the Northeast on Saturday were caused by an experimental rocket.

CNN affiliate stations from New Jersey to Massachusetts heard from dozens of callers who reported that the lights appeared as a cone shape shining down from the sky. However, the lights were the result of an experimental rocket launch by NASA from the agency’s Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia, a spokesman told CNN.

Keith Koehler said the Black Brant XII Suborbital Sounding Rocket was launched to study the Earth’s highest clouds. The light came from an artificial noctilucent cloud formed by the exhaust particles of the rocket’s fourth stage about 173 miles high.

UFO to Venus — That should help her husband’s political career

Japan’s next prime minister might be nicknamed “the alien,” but it’s his wife who claims to have had a close encounter with another world.

“While my body was asleep, I think my soul rode on a triangular-shaped UFO and went to Venus,” Miyuki Hatoyama, the wife of premier-in-waiting Yukio Hatoyama, wrote in a book published last year. It was a very beautiful place and it was really green.”

Yukio Hatoyama is due to be voted in as premier on September 16 following his party’s crushing election victory over the long-ruling Liberal Democratic Party on Sunday.

Mexican Alien Baby?

Mexican TV revealed the almost unbelievable story – in 2007, a baby ‘alien’ was found alive by a farmer in Mexico. He drowned it in a ditch out of fear, and now two years later scientists have finally been able to announce the results of their tests on this sinister-looking carcass.

At the end of last year the farmer, Marao Lopez, handed the corpse over to university scientists who carried out DNA tests and scans. He claimed that it took him three attempts to drown the creature and he had to hold it underwater for hours.

Tests revealed a creature that is unknown to scientists – its skeleton has characteristics of a lizard, its teeth do not have any roots like humans and it can stay underwater for a long time.

But it also has some similar joints to humans.

Record number of UFO reports in the UK

According to the Daily Star Brits are reporting record numbers of UFO sightings this year…more than 230 sightings in the first  half of 2009 compared to 385 for all of 2008.

Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s…pigs?

…While not generally known, Berghorn said UFO sightings in New England date back to 1635 when two men fishing on the Charles River claimed to have seen “flying pigs.”

When examined by contemporary criteria, he said the seemingly odd claim makes perfect sense because the men, who were in fact pig farmers, described something unusual from their own perspective.

“We shouldn’t be surprised when people in 1635 try to explain the unknown in terms of what they know,” Berghorn said. “We’d do the same thing today.”

Big Brother isn’t just watching…he’s listening, too.

…Even without aliens, the [Area 51] facility has its secrets, and last year while roaming the desert outside the Groom Lake base {Chuck] Clark stumbled upon one of them: an electronic device packed in a rugged case and buried in the dirt. Marked “U.S. Government Property,” the device turned out to be a wireless transmitter, connected by an underground cable to a sensor buried nearby next to one of the unpaved roads that vein the public land surrounding the base. Together, the units act as a surveillance system, warning someone — somewhere — whenever a vehicle drives down that stretch of road.

Similar devices had been spotted in the area in the early 90s, but they were crude and bulky, stashed in the bushes and easily spotted. They were later withdrawn. The new road sensors are more clandestine, given away only by a slender antenna poking up through the dirt. “They’re very, very hard to find, because there’s just this little wire, like a blade of grass,” says [Joerg] Arnu.

Space buddies? Ummm…right

A Russian scientist has claimed that an alien spaceship sacrificed itself to prevent a gigantic meteor from destroying earth a century ago.

According to The Sun, Dr Yuri Labvin, head of the Tunguska Spatial Phenomenon Foundation, has found quartz slabs with strange markings that he thinks were part of a UFO control panel.

He made the discovery near the site of the so-called “Tunguska event” – a massive and so-far unexplained explosion that devastated more than 100 square miles of Siberian forest in June 1908.

Wanted: UFO traffic controller

The Republic of Kazakhstan in Central Asia is in the process of building the world’s first alien embassy according to some local media reports. If these reports are to be believed, the authorities have already allocated a large plot of land in the city of Almaty for this ambitious project. Facilities to be built within the complex will include a guesthouse, theatre and translation service. A purpose built UFO landing pad and checkpoint will be attached to the embassy.

The tale of a terrified woman who claimed to have a shocking close encounter with an alien on a sports field near Norwich was revealed this week after previously top secret UFO files were opened up by the Ministry of Defense.

The MOD has released once-classified files concerning reports of flying saucers, alien abductions and close encounters to the National Archives, and the Norwich case is one of the most remarkable to have occurred between 1987 and 1993.

On November 21, 1989, the distressed woman telephoned RAF Wattisham to talk about her frightening experience and a covering note provided to the MOD and Norfolk police at the time by the RAF man she spoke to described it as “one of our more unusual UFO reports.”

The woman, who did not give her name and address, said the previous night she had been walking her dog on a sports field not far from her home near Norwich.

The RAF report stated, “She was approached by a man who asked her if she would listen to what he had to say. She described the man as 5ft 9in, fair hair, with a Scandinavian type accent and dressed in a light brown garment similar to a flying suit.

UFOs just US spooks…maybe

At the end of the Cold War, the British Ministry of Defence was worried the US was developing mysterious planes but not telling its closest ally. Staff at department DI55 of the Defence Intelligence Staff logged and investigated hundreds of sightings by pilots, air-traffic controllers and private individuals who believed they had seen an alien presence.

“The MOD did not believe Britain was being visited by aliens, but these files show they were obsessed with the fear that our closest ally was developing spy planes and keeping them secret from us,” said David Clarke, a lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, and UFO specialist at the National Archives, which has just released hundreds of official UFO files on its website.

Near the point where lights were see hovering on a number of occasions, faces are found carved into the stones.

UFO field investigator Chuck Zukowski likes to think of himself as a skeptic. He won’t throw his UFO detective gear in his truck (license plate: UFONUT) and drive out to the middle of nowhere just because someone says they saw a few glowing orbs over a field.

“Cattle mutilations I’ll go out for, but orbs? They have to have some sort of documentation – a photo, a video,” he said recently as he pulled his Nissan Xterra up to Ute Valley Park.

There was something at the park the he felt was definitely worth a closer look… a strange stone found in the New Mexico desert…

Canadians reported a record number of UFO sightings last year, according to Winnipeg-based Ufology Research.

The volunteer group of a half-dozen researchers noted 1,004 reported sightings in 2008 – up more than 25 per cent from the previous year and the highest amount in the 20 years Ufology has been keeping track.

Some were strange lights. Some appeared to be cigar-shaped spaceships. Canadians reported a record number of UFO sightings last year, according to Winnipeg-based Ufology Research.

The volunteer group of a half-dozen researchers noted 1,004 reported sightings in 2008 – up more than 25 per cent from the previous year and the highest amount in the 20 years Ufology has been keeping track.

“It’s astonishing to me that we had such a dramatic increase,” spokesman Chris Rutkowski said.

“It could be an indication that there’s actually something up there seen in greater numbers than ever before, it could be that there are perhaps more military flights, it could be that people are more able to access websites where they can report the UFOs.”

Whatsis UFO over Somerset

Dramatic  film of a UFO buzzing over the British coastline sent experts into orbit today.

Holidaymakers spilled out of caravans and motorists stopped in their tracks as a mysterious cylinder hovered over a Somerset campsite.

The gleaming grey object can be clearly seen against the cloudless blue sky.

UFO’s doing donuts in Argentina

Santa Fe, Argentina – The two circles shown above are either marks on the ground left behind by a UFO and therefore represent one of the most significant UFO related incidents to occur over the last few months or the remains of a hoax and therefore of no more value than the cow pats that surround them.

At 3 AM on January 14 2009 Argentinean farmer Nestor Rivoira and his wife Sara Fernandez of Arroyo Leyes, Santa Fe, were woken up by a loud noise coming from their paddock. The couple later described the sound as being similar to that of a blow torch.

Nestor tried to get out of bed to see what was going on outside but claims that a mysterious force disabled him temporarily. Nestor also remembers that his normally brave guard dogs sounded like they were scared of whatever they encountered that night.

Only two days later did Nestor and Sara decide [to] go out to inspect the area they thought the sound came from. What they found left them baffled: Two perfect circles one inside the other, the outer circle measuring three meters in diameter and both circles three centimeters deep. The indented area was completely burnt out with only dry dirt remaining. It appeared that the marks were created by something radiating heat.

The couple at first dismissed any ideas that the circles might have been created by a UFO, however friends and neighbors who saw the marks felt that they were of mysterious origin. Did a spaceship land on Mr. Rivoira’s farm or are some local hoaxers sending them around in circles?

What if they shoot back?

The RAF is getting closer to shooting down a UFO according to a former Ministry of Defence employee.

Nick Pope – who worked on the MoD’s UFO desk for three years claimed pilots had fired at UFOs on several occasions – but failed to bring them down.

He told The Sun: “We know of cases where the order has been given to shoot down – with little effect to the UFO.”

Mr Pope added the RAF attacks were “not automatic but happen when something in our airspace is deemed to be a threat”.

“It was duskish. I saw a ball of bright white light with golden-yellowish edges about 20 feet above my head,” recalled Andrew Ulery of his encounter with a glowing orb on Park Street, when he was a freshman in high school. “It was following me for about a full minute, until I reached the bridge that crosses the railroad.” Visitors to Exeter [New Hampshire] have reported observing a pyramid of lights above this section of the railroad tracks.

Ulery, the black-bearded manager of the Loaf and Ladle, who is seldom separated from a sporty cap, said the “ball of lightning” was about the size of a basketball and he remembered “being glad I didn’t scuff my feet – that lightning thing.”

As Ulery reached the bridge, the object “just took off” and he recalled a “surreal feeling” and being mesmerized by it.
